This page is maintained by PLASM Studio to explain the security and privacy practices behind plasmstudio.com. It reflects current practices and is not an independent certification.
What we collect
Through the inquiry form on plasmstudio.com we collect the details you provide: your name, email, optional company and website, the type of help you're looking for, budget range, timeline, and the message you write. We do not collect anything you don't enter yourself.
How we use it
Submissions are reviewed by Kendall (kendall@plasmstudio.com) so we can respond to your inquiry. A copy is logged to an internal Google Sheet for tracking. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it's stored
Inquiries are stored in our backend database (provided by Lovable Cloud) with row-level security enabled. Only the studio's backend service account can read submissions — they are not publicly readable, and signed-in visitors cannot view other people's inquiries.
Subprocessors
We rely on Lovable (hosting, database, and email delivery) and Google (Sheets logging). These providers process inquiry data on our behalf to deliver the contact form experience.
Retention & deletion
We keep inquiry records until you ask us to remove them. To request deletion or a copy of what we hold about you, email kendall@plasmstudio.com and we'll handle it promptly.
Cookies & analytics
plasmstudio.com does not use third-party advertising trackers or marketing cookies. The site may use minimal first-party storage required for the app to function.
